Room for rent in a big 4 bedroom apartment (3 bedrooms + 1 loft).classy apartment with a spacious living room with high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen and modern design.
It has a luxurious and open feeling with big windows and a nice view.
The rent is 450 a month and its 150 a month for utilities and maintenance fees. There is no key (although the deposit for the house was around $100,000) You can rent on a temporary basis, short term or longer term.
The apartment is right next to line 9 Deungchon station, so if you take the express subway line you can get to Gangnam in 30 minutes (sometimes even less) and it’s quite close to Hongdae by bus or taxi.
The area is convenient with many gyms and big supermarkets nearby.
I am an easygoing and considerate roomate. I would prefer a female roomate (but a male may be ok) and any nationality is fine.
There is just me and I am only planning to rent one bedroom, so there is tons of space to put your things.
The room for rent has a closet, clothing racks, a vanity mirror/dresser and a sofa bed.
It would be great to have a korean roomate, and if you want we could do a language exchange.

이곳은 방 4개(침실 3개 + 다락방 1개), 넓은 거실과 높이 감 있는 벽, 완비된 주방이 있는 모던한 아파트입니다. 한 달에 45만원, 전기수도세는 한 달에 15만원입니다. 장단기 임시로 거주 가능합니다.
그 리고 지하철 9호선 역이 바로! 앞에 있습니다!! 직통을 이용하시면 강남 역까지 30분 안에는 충분히 도착합니다. 그리고 버스나 택시를 타면 홍대 쪽과도 가깝습니다. 그리고 주변에 큰 마트, 헬스클럽이 있으니까 편리하실 겁니다.
저는 밝고 이해심 많은 룸메이트입니다! 남자도 상관은 없지만,, 여자 룸메이트면 더 좋겠습니다. 그리고 국적도 상관없습니다. 한국인 룸메이트라면,,, 서로 영어와 한국어를 가르쳐주는 것도 좋을 것 같습니다!
